Dave, Brian and Jesse were a delight to work with and made our lives very easy in the mess. You guys were VERY customer service conscious and GOOD at it. I had a leak in ice maker line. They were here within an hour of my call with meters to measure where water had flowed and checked crawlspace to check for damage to insulation. They cut flooring and set up drying equipment. A crew came back with more the next morning and checked on process every business day until it was complete. In the meantime, they brought flooring samples to my house to order. They completely tore out hardwood flooring in kitchen and additional plywood for vinyl flooring replacement. They also moved all my bedroom and kitchen appliances out and stored in my garage. (That was awesome! I didn’t have to find some one to do that and pay them) My house is nearly all vinyl so they stripped all vinyl, sanded twice(by hand) and replaced vinyl. When complete they moved all my furniture and appliances back where ever I wanted them placed. They were punctual and all workers and office staff were very courteous and professional. The lead on the job kept in constant contact with me as to progress and if I had any concerns. I would definitely recommend this company!
Incredible customer service. I would recommend them and use them again in a heart beat!! They managed all aspects of the clean up and mitigation with the least amount of down time for us. They also handled the communication with the insurance company.
We had a major plumbing leak and mold mitigation situation at our business. I consulted Angie’s List and found Central Oregon Disaster Restoration listed. I called and immediately felt taken care of by Micah, Jesse and Lorian. GREAT customer service. Their main foreman for the job, Brian, was very attentive and responsive.
I was beside myself when the water damage was discovered. A pipe had leaked under the house and soaked 300 sq’ of insulation, warped the service porch floor, and damaged the kitchen laminate. Jesse and Dave walked me through the restoration process and worked with my insurance company to get the maximum coverage. They were so supportive in relieving my anxiety by keeping me updated, returning my calls promptly, and informing me of options as they arose. The workers were on time and efficient, thoughtful of the pets, kept the work areas tidy, and did quality work. However, I think what makes this company stand out from the others is their incredible customer support! Thanks to Dave for a broad shoulder to cry on and to Mike for the little extras. Everything is working great.
Central Oregon Disaster Restoration repaired my service porch, kitchen, and floor insulation after a pipe broke. They also installed a new dishwasher and hot water heater.
A Central Oregon Disaster Restoration first responder came out within an hour of the phone call and his crew showed up shortly thereafter to stop additional damage. They as a whole were fast, courteous and professional. Overall a positive experience. I will hire again.
